Remodeling & Home Repairs in Socastee

Socastee is a mix of older neighborhoods, newer developments, and everything in between. We handle the remodels and the repair lists across all of it.

Socastee runs along 501 and 544, west of Myrtle Beach. Some of it is neighborhoods from the 1970s, some is newer subdivisions, and at the edges there are rural properties and mobile homes on family land. The range of work is just as wide — and we cover all of it.

On the older houses it is remodeling and repair: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, rot, doors, drywall. On the newer ones it is upgrades — better floors, better baths, paint, and trim. And we do steady mobile home work out here that a lot of contractors will not touch: skirting and underpinning, new steps and landings, soft floors, and door and window replacement.

If you are not sure whether we work in your part of Socastee, just call. We probably do.

From the Neighbors

People We've Worked For

"New skirting on the mobile home and a proper set of front steps. Fair price, showed up both days on time, and the steps are rock solid."

Donna S. Socastee

"Repaired rotted siding and window trim on our beach house. They found the leak that caused it instead of just swapping boards. Sent photos when they finished."

Tom W. Garden City

"Painted the main floor and replaced the builder-grade baseboards. Quoted Tuesday, started the next week, done in four days. Good price, no hassle."

Brenda H. Carolina Forest

"Older home downtown. They matched our original trim, rehung three doors, and painted the whole interior. Careful work — no corners cut."

Mike C. Conway

"New LVP through the whole house. They fixed two soft spots in the subfloor instead of covering them up like the last guy wanted to. Floors are perfect."

Lisa T. Surfside Beach

"They rebuilt our back deck and stairs after the old one went soft. Solid work, built to code, and they hauled off every scrap of the old one."

David K. Murrells Inlet

"Tub-to-shower conversion in our beach house. Clean tile work, and they protected the floors and cleaned up every single day. Would use again."

Sarah M. North Myrtle Beach

"Alex and his crew redid our kitchen — cabinets painted, new counters and backsplash. Showed up when they said and the bill matched the estimate."

James R. Myrtle Beach

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on mobile homes?

Yes u2014 and we do not treat them as second-class work. Skirting and underpinning, steps and landings, soft floors, doors and windows. It is a regular part of our week in Socastee.

I have a list of small repairs. Is that worth your trip?

That is exactly the kind of job we want. Batch the list, send it to us with photos if you can, and we will knock it out in as few trips as possible.

How long should a paint job last out here?

Interior, ten years easy with decent product. Exterior, seven to ten if it is prepped right u2014 cleaned, scraped, caulked, primed. The jobs that fail early almost always had bad prep. That is the part we do not skip.
