Remodeling & Home Repairs in Conway

Conway has some of the oldest homes on the Grand Strand. We remodel and repair them with the care that hundred-year-old trim and framing deserve.

Downtown Conway has homes built in the early 1900s — original heart pine floors, plaster walls, trim profiles you cannot buy at the supply house anymore. Working on these houses is different. You do not just rip things out; you figure out what is worth saving, match what has to be replaced, and respect the way the house was put together. We have done enough of this work to know the difference.

We also work in the neighborhoods near Coastal Carolina and the areas off 544 — a mix of older and newer homes. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, doors, and the structural odds and ends that come with age: sagging floors, sticking doors, cracked plaster, porches that need help.

If you have an older home in Conway and you have been putting off the renovation because you are worried about who to trust with it, give us a call. We will walk it with you and tell you honestly what it needs, what can wait, and what it costs.

From the Neighbors

People We've Worked For

"New skirting on the mobile home and a proper set of front steps. Fair price, showed up both days on time, and the steps are rock solid."

Donna S. Socastee

"Repaired rotted siding and window trim on our beach house. They found the leak that caused it instead of just swapping boards. Sent photos when they finished."

Tom W. Garden City

"Painted the main floor and replaced the builder-grade baseboards. Quoted Tuesday, started the next week, done in four days. Good price, no hassle."

Brenda H. Carolina Forest

"Older home downtown. They matched our original trim, rehung three doors, and painted the whole interior. Careful work — no corners cut."

Mike C. Conway

"New LVP through the whole house. They fixed two soft spots in the subfloor instead of covering them up like the last guy wanted to. Floors are perfect."

Lisa T. Surfside Beach

"They rebuilt our back deck and stairs after the old one went soft. Solid work, built to code, and they hauled off every scrap of the old one."

David K. Murrells Inlet

"Tub-to-shower conversion in our beach house. Clean tile work, and they protected the floors and cleaned up every single day. Would use again."

Sarah M. North Myrtle Beach

"Alex and his crew redid our kitchen — cabinets painted, new counters and backsplash. Showed up when they said and the bill matched the estimate."

James R. Myrtle Beach

Frequently Asked Questions

My house is over a hundred years old. Are you comfortable working on it?

Yes u2014 and carefully. Old framing, plaster, and trim need a different approach than new construction. We figure out what is worth saving and match what has to be replaced.

Can you match my original trim and moldings?

Almost always. We build up profiles from stock pieces or have sections milled to match. One damaged piece of casing does not mean replacing the whole room.

Do you work out near CCU and the neighborhoods off 544?

Yes. We cover all of Conway. Call us and we will come take a look.

We Show Up. We Build It Right. We Stand Behind It.
