Garden City is tucked between Surfside and Murrells Inlet — older beach homes, cottages near the creek, neighborhoods where people have been a long time. The houses out here have character, and most of them have at least one spot where the weather has gotten in: a rotted corner of trim, a soft place in the floor, a porch post that has seen better days.
Rot repair is honest work and we do a lot of it here. The key is fixing what let the water in — not just swapping the board and painting over the problem. We cut out the damage, fix the source, and put it back so it lasts. Then if you want the kitchen or the bathroom done while we are at it, we do that too.
