This is the catch-all for the projects that make a house work better and worth more — the upgrades that do not fit neatly under one trade. If you are not sure who to call for it, the answer is probably us. We will look at what you have in mind, tell you what it takes, and give you a real number.
Projects we take on
- Window and door replacement
- Sunroom and porch conversions — windows, paneling, trim, and paint
- Garage floor epoxy and driveway coatings
- Concrete crack repair and resurfacing
- Exterior upgrades — shutters, columns, skirting, underpinning
- Accessibility work — ramps, grab bars, walk-in showers, wider doorways
- Storage and laundry room build-outs
One contractor, start to finish
Improvement projects usually touch several trades — a sunroom conversion is windows, framing, trim, electrical, and paint. We run the whole job and bring in licensed trades where the work requires it, so you are not playing scheduler between four different companies.
Common questions
How do I know if my project needs a permit?
Structural changes, new windows in new openings, and most electrical and plumbing changes need one. Like-for-like replacements often do not. We deal with Horry County and the local municipalities all the time — we will tell you, and we will handle it.
Can you coat my garage floor or driveway?
Yes. Surface prep is the whole game — cracks repaired and the surface ground or etched before anything goes down. That is why ours stick.
Will this add value to my house?
Some projects clearly do — kitchens, baths, flooring, paint. Some are about how you live in the house. We will give you our honest take, including when we think you should spend less.
