Surfside is a smaller place and most people here live here year-round. The houses get used like real houses — kitchens wear out, bathrooms date themselves, floors go soft near the back door, and the deck gradually turns gray and splintery. None of it is a crisis. All of it adds up if you put it off.
We have done a lot of work in Surfside — kitchen facelifts, tub-to-shower conversions, LVP through whole houses, trim and paint, deck and stair rebuilds. Most of it comes from people who watched us work at a neighbor’s house and walked over to ask for a card. That tells you something about how we do the job.
